Navigate Advisors Welcomes Mitchell Cawley as Provisional Financial Planner

Navigate Advisors Welcomes Mitchell Cawley as Provisional Financial Planner

We’re pleased to welcome Mitchell Cawley as our newest Provisional Financial Planner at Navigate Advisors. With a strong foundation in financial planning and a commitment to helping clients navigate their financial futures, Mitchell brings both experience and enthusiasm to the team.

Since 2019, Mitchell has worked across a variety of roles in the financial planning industry, from administration to customer service officer and paraplanning. This breadth of experience has provided him with invaluable insights into client needs and financial strategies, making his transition into financial planning a natural progression.

“I’ve been fortunate to interact with and assist families throughout my career,” Mitchell shares. “Guiding couples and families through tough times, providing them with strategies and education to enhance their financial position—it’s what I love to do. I’m dedicated to helping clients start their financial journey earlier rather than later, so they can make the most of every opportunity.”

A Local with a Commitment to Helping Others

A Wagga Wagga local through and through, Mitchell attended Turvey Park Primary School and Wagga High School before completing his tertiary studies at Charles Sturt University. His connection to the community runs deep, and he is excited to support local families and businesses as they work towards their financial goals.

Outside of work, Mitchell is an avid runner and marathon participant. When he’s not training, he enjoys catching up with mates, working on home projects, and travelling with his partner.

Director Gavin Lamb on Mitchell’s Appointment

Navigate Advisors Director Gavin Lamb is thrilled to welcome Mitchell to the financial planning team.

“Mitch would no doubt be one of the most well-rounded Provisional Financial Advisers in existence. He has been intimately involved with 100s of client meetings, strategy discussions, complex negotiations of risk and reward as well as general financial literacy that I’d back him to provide better advice than many of his peers with a decade of Financial Advising experience. At Navigate, the specialist advice our team has exposed Mitch to has been invaluable to his development.”

Please join us in welcoming Mitchell to his new role. If you’d like to get in touch with him to discuss your financial planning needs, you can book in with him here
