It’s with bittersweet emotions that we announce our CEO, Matthew Karpanen (or as we all know him Karpo), will be stepping down from his role at Navigate Advisors to pursue an exciting new chapter in his career.
Karpo, who has been an integral part of Navigate since 2014, has been a driving force behind our success. His leadership, strategic vision, and genuine care for the team and clients have been pivotal in shaping Navigate into the business it is today.
Karpo has decided to pursue his long-held passion for giving back to the accounting and financial planning community. Starting in February 2025, he will take on the role of coach with Slipstream Group. In this role, Matt will draw on his years of experience to work closely with business owners, providing tailored coaching and strategic insights to help them achieve their goals.
While we are saddened to see him leave, we couldn’t be happier for the next step in his journey.
This transition has been made possible after the development of our exceptionally talented leadership and accounting team – part of Matthew’s legacy here at Navigate – so clients and indeed the Navigate business itself are in good stead.
